The manner of execution of subsidy programmes, including the mounts allocated and the details of beneficiaries of such programmes 

No Subsidy Programme is in operation in the Security Department. The employees of Security Department avail the subsidy programmes launched by the Personnel Department only.

Particulars of recipients of concessions, permits or authorisations granted by Security Branch 

Vide Order No.871/1(4)-B dated 6.2.1971, In exercise of the Powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 6 of the West Bengal Maintenance of Public Order Act, 1970 (President’s Act 20 of 1970), The Governor of West Bengal was pleased to declare CLW as Protected Area and appointed Security Officer (Security Commissioner RPF) to grant or refuse to grant the permission of entry/exit in the CLW premises. Accordingly, Permit for entry and exit through township gates and workshop gates are being issued by Security Department as per extant procedure.

The computerization of the records held by the Security Department is in process. 

The particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use.
