  HEAD CLERKS 

*  To maintain Accounts of sanctioned Works Programme, Revenue Expenditure,

·                   To prepare bill towards the Zonal maintenance and Constructional work.

·                   To maintain the register of Works Programme, Accounts etc.

·                   To assist his controlling Office Supdt., in discharging his responsibility.

·                   To deal stores matters. 

SENIOR CLERK  

·        To initiate the establishment and matters of staff concern

·        To prepare bill towards the Zonal maintenance and Constructional work.

·        To assist Head Clerk in discharging his responsibilities.  

JUNIOR CLERK 

·         To deal the establishment matter of staff concerns.

·         To maintain leave record of Staff of his controlling section

·         To assist Senior Clerk in discharging his responsibilities.

PEON

He holds responsibility 

To dispatch the files and records and to sort the files and records from the record section in order to facilitate in discharging the official duties of Civil Engineering Branch.
