DyFA&CAO-I
ADMINISTRATION .
The
above section is headed by a Senior Accounts Officer and assisted by
three Sr.Section/Section Officers.
Job/Duty profile of the section -
Processing the cases of promotion of non-gazetted staff and gazetted
officers, controlling of Inter Section Transfer, maintenance of
Service Records of all non-gazetted staff, maintenance of Leacve
Record and sanction of leave, Absentee Statement, controlling of
Central Record Section, Receipt & Despatch, distribution of duties of
Class IV staff, dealing of court cases, allotment of quarters,
managing of stationary & stores items, maintenance of office
equipments & issue of Medical Identity cards, special permits.
To
look after recovery of Income Tax, to deal with the Work charged
posts, fixation of pay, Conveyance & Festival advance, TA bills,
appeals & representations, D&A cases, preparation of salary bill both
gazetted and non-gazetted staff, honorarium, arranging reimbursement
of tuition fees & Medical expenses.
Preparation of Seniority list, confirmation etc, Conducting
examination of probationary accounts clerk, Apendix-2, Appendix-3 &
Appendix-4, PF withdrawal, maintenance of policy files, correction of
codes & manuals, training of Gaz. Officers, budget of Accounts
Department, and to look after appointment of Accounts staff.
Various other unspecified jobs as and when required.
COSTING, RENT &
ELECTRIC, AUDIT & INSPECTION & INSPECTION.
The
above sections is headed by Senior Accounts Officer/Costing and
assisted by Seven Sr.Section/Section Officers. The brief works of the
section are given below: -
Job/Duty profile of the section -
Costing Section - Pricing of loco, Raising of Debits for Locos, Shop
Manufactured Items and other Steel Foundry items, Issue of Work Order,
Vetting of Estimates,Batch Costing of Locos, Preparation of
Manufacturing A/c, Managerial Statement, Outturn Statement, and
Account Current.
Rent & Electric Section - Preparation of rent and electric charges
bills, Realization of Rent & Electric charges from the stall and plot
holders and the outsiders who are allotted Railway quarters.
Audit & Inspection Section - Disposal of Draft Para, Provisional
Para, Audit Para, Audit Note and Inspection Report Pt.I.
Inspection Section - Making Programme/Arrangement for conducting A/cs
Inspection of various offices and shops.
Various other unspecified jobs as and when required.
GENERAL FINANCE
The
General Finance Section is headed Accounts Officer/F and assisted by
Five Sr.Section/Section Officers. The following are the works of the
above section.
Job/Duty profile of the section -
Association in Stores JLTC cases pertaining to COS/CLW/Kolkata’s
office with SMM-III/CLW/Kolkata up to Rs.10 lakhs.
Financial concurrence related to – (i) various Pre and Post
contractual amendments related to Works contract (ii) Misc. nature of
proposals of CLW relating to – Non stock demands of items not
pertaining to Loco, Machine, vehicle repairing, maintenance of
machines, equipment etc. Procurement of machines, small tools, office
equipments etc. Vetting of estimates, Civil Engg. Works, Elec.Engg.
Works, M&P Programme, Works Programme, M&P Procurement from GM’s lump
sum fund, Establishment matters related to creation & Operation of
Work charged post, honorarium, Restructuring, Training proposals and
others not falling under regular nature of establishment matter.
Vetting of Tender Documents, Comparative Statement, Briefing Note,
Contract Agreement and Contractual Amendments.Tender opening of all
items other than stores.
Various other unspecified jobs as and when required.
